Testoviron 350 is a mixture of two different products: testosterone with the propionate ester attached and testosterone with the enanthate ester attached. Confusingly, XT Labs, which manufactures this product, also has a pure testosterone enanthate product of the same name. Testosterone is typically attached to an ester.

These esters determine how long it takes your body to eliminate testosterone. Propionate is the shortest ester commonly available with a testosterone base, while enanthate is the longest. Within your body, enzymes called esterases remove the ester from the steroid, leaving only the steroid molecule with the cleaved ester. The length of the ester chain determines how long it takes the esterase to break it down. This product contains both heavy and short-chain testosterone.
